The company I represent is a worldwide FX Trading Platform. Its EMS solution is highly coveted by prominent global financial institutions such as banks, broker-dealers, and hedge funds. These institutions utilize the solution to establish improved connections between their FX trading desks and liquidity providers, regardless of their location, facilitated by exclusive proprietary distribution connectors.
◉ Develop and execute solutions to integrate internal products across multiple client systems. This involves overseeing software deployment, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance for client systems.
◉ Provide continuous product support directly at client sites, requiring an understanding of their business requirements and implementation of solutions for both the Backend and Frontend of the system.
◉ Consistently create tools and scripts to automate system installation and troubleshooting processes.
◉ Oversee the overall setup for clients and serve as technical managers for assigned accounts.
◉ Generate innovative ideas for new product features/enhancements based on client experiences, contributing to the development and refinement of product and software requirements.
◉ Assume responsibility for specific modules within the system, focusing on bug fixes and enhancements within those modules to contribute to the product release cycle.
◉ Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
◉ Profound understanding of Unix/Linux commands.
◉ Proficiency in Shell, Perl, and Python scripting.
◉ Demonstrated motivation and self-drive for continuous learning and personal development.
◉ Capability to thrive and adapt in demanding work environments.

My client operates as a prominent FX Trading Platform on a global scale. Its Electronic Management System (EMS) is highly coveted by major players in the global financial landscape, including banks, broker-dealers, and hedge funds. The platform serves to enhance the connectivity between their FX trading desks and liquidity providers worldwide, facilitated by its exclusive distribution connectors.
◉ Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and clients to strategize and outline the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and prioritize product use-cases and requirements.
◉ Take charge of managing the entire product lifecycle and delivery, overseeing design, development, and support/enhancements in collaboration with Scrum teams.
◉ Provide guidance to the Scrum teams and organization to ensure adherence to widely accepted Agile/Scrum practices, fostering prioritization, team preparedness, and commitment for each Sprint.
◉ Facilitate various essential activities including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, iteration, and sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective.
◉ Effectively manage and resolve impediments promptly, both within and outside the Scrum team.
◉ Implement feedback loops to streamline and optimize products, reducing incidents, validating product assumptions, and enhancing resilience and cost efficiency.
◉ Manage the Product backlog, addressing functional enhancements, new features, and technical debt such as security patching, software version control, and application roadmap for the relevant applications/products.
◉ Conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses, aiding teams in continuous improvement of their practices to maximize productivity.
◉ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
◉ 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development domain, along with a mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
◉ Previous involvement in Project Management and/or leadership of product delivery teams.
